A payout is a bundle, not a sale

A single deposit can hold sales, fees, refunds and reserves. Most lines can be matched. Some deposits never match cleanly, and the exception list eats hours of every close: digging through it line by line, never quite sure the conclusion is right.

The uploaded file is not stored, only its lines.
Customer name, email, address and phone columns are dropped before saving.

Does ReconMatch post to my client's books?: No. Nothing is written to a client's ledger without your approval. Pushing to QuickBooks Online and Xero is coming; today you work from the match queue and the month-close package.
What happens to the deposits that don't match?: Each one becomes a gap with a plain-English explanation of what is likely behind it, the evidence rows and suggested next steps. A gap with no likely reason is shown as unexplained, so you know where to look.
Which sources do you support?: Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Amazon and Etsy exports, plus bank statements in CSV, through file upload. You can drop several files at once.
Is there a free trial?: Yes, 14 days. Your card is taken at checkout and charged when the trial ends. Cancel on the Billing page before then and you pay nothing.
